Agreed to exclude the public and press for the remainder of the meeting, as the business was confidential.

Following a report from the Divisional Director of Housing Services, concerning an appeal against dismissal by an employee of that Service, the Board, after having heard the appeal and findings of a Disciplinary Hearing, agreed to uphold the employee’s appeal and lower the sanction to that of a final written warning.
