• Councillor E Carpenter - Pecuniary - In respect of her position as a member of the Governing Bodies of both the Barking and Dagenham FE and Adult Colleges, but that she has received a dispensation granted by the Monitoring Officer in accordance with the Members' Code of Conduct to allow her to take part in the discussion and/or vote on the matter.
