In May 2003, Thames Accord began delivering a fully integrated housing repair service for the Council’s housing stock. Over 300 multi-skilled staff moved across to Thames Accord from the Council to deliver the ten-year contract worth £20 - £30 million a year.
Thames Accord now comes under the umbrella of the Enterprise organisation. Enterprise continues to work with the Council to improve and develop the service it provides to tenants and leaseholders in the Borough. It also has strong and ongoing links with its customers and stakeholders and through its own business and community relations programme.
